Ladies Unite for Women Wine & Wheels:

Enjoy a fun and engaging evening with great company, wine and bites.  Hosted by professional women in the automotive repair industry and benefiting local non-profits.  Event held 6 pm to 7:30. Each participant receives a $25 gift card. 

QAS Hosts Pinewood Derby

Each spring, girls and boys compete in the Truckee Cub Scout Pinewood Derby. This March parents and 28 participants gathered around to see which homemade car would be the fastest down the metal track. “It was spectacular with the special twist of actually holding the race in their auto garage, making it feel like a very authentic experience around the track;” stated Libby Toub, parent and organizer.

Quality Automotive Servicing annually hosts this hands on clinic for high school juniors and seniors. Help new drivers feel more confident on the road and under the hood. Covers basic vehicle maintenance, dashboard warning lights, pre-trip checklist and emergency tips that can help prevent costly repairs and improve safety.

Having Fun with Full Circle Community Support

Though heavy smoke and a windy, rainy ending, the QAS team went the distance and still had a great day on the course. QAS joined other local business to sponsor this annual event hosted by Tahoe Donner and benefiting the Truckee High School Boosters Club. Coach Shaffer was a long-time high school football coach, mentor to young people and beloved member of the Truckee community. We are honored to have known him.

Corn Hole For a Cause Benefitting Big Brother Big Sisters

QAS is honored to be a sponsor and contributor of the annual Corn Hole For a Cause that will take place at Truckee’s Regional Park on Sunday, August 28, 2022. It’s a fun day for all and a big boost for this important organization that supports 250 vulnerable children throughout the Northern Sierra region.
