They always do a great job but this time my car smelled so bad. A real life Seinfeld episode. Its bee4 days still spraying and trying to get stink out. Thats the only reason for 4 stars otherwise it would be 5!

Everything worked out great. I visited the shop in advance to discuss the work involved with a 75,000 mile service. They had my work order on file when I dropped off the truck and the work was completed on time. They were easy to work with, I was happy with the whole experience.

Shop is clean and organized, staff was available to right the work order. I made a visit prior to my service date so when I arrived my service was already in the system so I just handed over the keys on was good to go. I was offered transportation if needed and the service was completed midday. It was a 75,000 mile service so I was happy to get it done before closing.

I went in to get my smog, but I had my check engine light on. Instead of failing me, they didn't charge me and told me the issue, and offered to fix it. I declined, choosing to try to fix it myself, and they even helped me by giving me advice how to figure out the issue. I will not be nearby to go here again for a bit, but I will definitely be going back here any time I'm up in Reno, they were very friendly and accommodating to my ever-changing schedule, and the dog there was very sweet.
