Being new to the area, when my car's "Check Engine" light came on, I had no idea where to take it. Luckily, my boyfriend recommended Quality to me and I am SO glad he did! Not only did they go to bat for me with the warranty company and get a part and labor covered when the company claimed it was impossible, but they also gave me updates and stayed connected with me the whole way! I would definitely go back and will recommend them to everyone!

Great service as always! We have been using Quality since we moved up from the bay area over 11 years ago. We highly recommend them. Over the years, they have serviced our Subarus, Toyotas (FJ and pickup) and Ford E350.

Great job. I leave this truck at my place in Truckee and live in the Bay Area. The team not only did a great job on the truck but returned the Truck to my garage as a courtesy which saved me a lot of time. One of the best things was the communication by all members of the shop. I will continue to use Quality Auto as my local shop...
