I can count on them to be upfront about what I absolutely need to have done to keep my ol bucket of bolts running safely, rather than trying to push me into repairs that are needed, but not necessary to keep up the bare bones.

Not only was my experience very positive at Quality Automotive, I was very impressed to hear how service writers communicated with other clients when then were dropping off or picking up their vehicles or being spoken to over the phone.
