Nice team, very honest and ethical. Always call with estimate for repair after diagnosing problem. Will give a ride one way. Since my neighbor across the street uses them, we just tree rides. She loves them too. Best shop in Truckee by far.

A huge thank you to Quality Auto! I came back from 3 weeks away to a dead battery that wouldn't hold a charge. When I brought it in, they checked it out and found I was still covered by the warranty (the last of the 30-months guaranteed), so replaced it with a new one for FREE! Merry Christmas to me!
