Always great service from the front desk to the shop. Many perks added to services and repairs to support the community and it's local offerings. From comp golf tickets to ski passes and complimentary car washes, it's a bonus to have these opportunities after a service.

My daughter needed me to smog her car in California.Unsure of where to go since I am a resident of nevada. After looking for good reviews for a smog shop in truckee I called Quality Automotive. Since I was unaware of their business hours I called when they were closed. Having left a message they immediately called me back the following business day. They were very helpful in answering my questions and upon arriving for the smog check I was greeted with a smile. The customer service was great. I would highly recommend their prompt service . If ever I need a smog in California I now know where to go.

Gary at Quality Auto and Smog is the hero of the day! Traveling alone from California through to Nevada - my car overheated at Donner Summit. Made it to Truckee Ca where Gary looked at my car and helped me from melting down myself. He looked at my car and gave me several recommendations how to proceed. The staff there was all very professional and helpful to ensure I was safe and on my way! Thank you isn't enough! I highly recommend anyone in the area to utilize this high quality shop. Service and staff unbeatable!
