A huge thank you to Quality Auto! I came back from 3 weeks away to a dead battery that wouldn't hold a charge. When I brought it in, they checked it out and found I was still covered by the warranty (the last of the 30-months guaranteed), so replaced it with a new one for FREE! Merry Christmas to me!

"Blown Away".... I brought my 4 Runner in to Quality Automotive for a smog check only to find out that my truck had some major electrical problems and that they could not pass my 4 Runner until I had the electrical problems fixed "California Law". I had agreed to have my trucks problems fixed. The problem was very hard to figure out and they spent countless hours trying to diagnose the problem. I called them after 3 days and expressed my concern about being charged for the 20+ hours spent on my vehicle. I was told that I would only be charged for the actual problem and not for any of the hours spent figuring what the problem was. After figuring out that my main computer had failed, I was informed that a new computer would cost $1700. Instead of taking that opportunity to get a $1700 part, they took it upon them selves to find me a used computer for a fraction of the price. That type of service is very hard to find at any auto mechanics business. Quality Automotive took a major hit in labor and parts to help me get my truck back on the road. They definitely lost money on my truck but gained a loyal customer for life. I have and will continue to recommend Quality Automotive to anyone that needs repairs. I truly felt like I had walked into a good friends business and treated me just as that. Thank you to all the staff at Quality Automotive for the countless hours and great service put into my vehicle!!!
