You could easily be a 10 star rating! I moved to Truckee a little over two years ago. Finding a shop for my baby, a 2005 Monte Carlo, was a challenge. Where I came from she was cleaned inside and out weekly. She’s a bit spoiled. I came to Quality Auto and they felt like family immediately! They cared about my baby and fixed her beyond my farthest dream. I’m a customer for life and plan on spreading the good news! Quality Auto rocks!!!!

The staff were really nice and super fast, where they squeeze me in as a walk-in, while having a busy schedule. I was already prepared to wait for 2 to 3 hours, because of labor shortage and Covid, but it was done less then haft an hour. Only advice I give is keep your staff happy, for they are the stars of the show. =)
