Very good technology and customer focus. Gary kept me informed on status of the repair and was very helpful. Service and the mechanic's input was excellent. Since we couldn't pick the vehicle up before closing, keys were left in a lockbox with access via text message. The "automation" was very cool and unlike prior experiences with dealers or independent mechanics. All in, a very positive interaction and outcome with the repairs needed.
