Smog test handled promptly and professionally

I use this vehicle when the snow around town is high. It is getting old and requires some knowledgeable mechanics to keep it running.

The team at Quality Automotive is great! I needed a smog for my relatively new car in order to get it registered in California. I walked in, was promptly greeted and taken care of and was told I'd get a text when it was done. It couldn't have been more than 20 minutes and it was ready to go. Totally smooth, painless experience, and they mailed the certificate directly to the DMV (that's what they said.........the wait at the DMV was another story and I have not yet been able to see anyone - gave up after waiting an hour and having them call 3 numbers in that amount of time) Anyway, I highly recommend Quality Automotive Servicing! I am very impressed with the staff at Quality Automotive. I would listen to them talk on the phone or with a client at the counter and they have been trained well in customer service. They know the right questions to ask and have the proper answers. Going back again next week to smog the truck I'm selling.
