Outstanding service. Fast, friendly and great price. I don't know how the Chevron in Tahoe City gets away with $70 for the check and $25 for the certificate with Quality Automotive down the road 15 minutes. Great group of people working here. Highly recommended.

Very professional, attentive and superb customer service. My daughters car had a fluid leak and they were able to resolve the problem in a timely manner. All communications were over the phone from the Bay Area and it was like being there, in the shop. Thanks Quality !

Don't do too many reviews, since they can be interpreted differently by many folks, but this shop really stepped up to the plate. My daughter drove from the Bay Area to Truckee on Wednesday to stay a few days, before she starts school next Tuesday. When she arrived, there was a lot of fluid coming from underneath the engine compartment. As Murphy's Law says, things like this never happen near home. So, I get on the horn and call Quality and Gary answers. I explain to him the situation and he says they're booked for two days, but they will look at it and try their best to resolve the problem before end of day, on Friday. I have the vehicle towed to their location and stay in communications with Gary. He professionally gives me the diagnosis, recommendations, the estimate and his commitment to finish the repair, if the parts can be procured in time. Turns out it was a radiator issue and required a new one, a cap and thermostat replacement, since the coolant was being drained. The good news: My daughter's car was repaired on Friday and she was able to pick it up before the shop closed. As a parent, this was a huge load off my shoulders with my daughter 200 miles away and no transportation. Thanks Gary and your team in resolving this problem in a timely manner.
